Cannot fresh install Cubase Elements 11 using Download Assistant

  • Fresh Win10
  • new local account
  • Download assistant downloaded/installed/launched
  • Cubase Elements 11, Halion, Groove Agent installed from Download Assistant
  • license renewed with elicenser cc
  • started Cubase El 11, Halion and Groove Agent show no presets

tried it several times with no success. any hints please ?
