I just purchased and downloaded a version of the HALion_Symphonic_Orchestra library for HALion5. It was the Black-Friday special. After the download, the software would NOT install. The sound library files appear to install, at least they are visible in my Steinberg Samples Folder, but when the “HALion Symphonic Orchestra VST Sound Instrument Set” goes to install, I receive a “Overlapped I/O operation is in progress” error, then a further failure-box with a 1603 error code.
Any clues as to what might be going wrong?
