Purchased a 3rd part Dorico template and I cannot select the whole rest on some staves, so, I can’t put those staves in input mode. Other staves work fine.
Sounds like Condensing is on. We can’t select anything on condensed staves. Switch to galley view to see all staves.
Or, better, turn Edit > Condensing off until you’ve got all the music in, as it can slow down the program significantly.
