Cannot install Cubase after computer crash (solved)

Hi, just recovering from a rather nasty crash and cannot install Cubase…getting…‘the program can’t start because Qt5Network-SteinbergCRT.dll is missing from your computer’ try reinstalling the program to fix this problem…

what the heck is that all about? how can I reinstall the program when I haven’t even installed it yet?
any ideas please?

I’m not an expert in this area at all. But when this message appears during the installation already, then I would say this file is part of the installer and it’s necessary for the installation. So I would guess the installer is not complete.

Cheers Martin you were right…I downloaded from my Steinberg and it was ok…
