Cannot locate impulse respons files

I had a computer freeze which probably caused this problem. My user profile was damaged (only a temporary profile was available) so I had to delete it and create a new one. After that most applications seem to work good.

When I start my project in Nuendo, a REVerence popup states “Cannot locate impulse response file: Dutch Concert Hall 1a.wav”. (picture)

Some Cubase 8 users also have this problem but whatever they suggest it won’t help. In Windows I can see the impulses (FCP_SMT_005_Reverence_ImpulseLibray_01 - 04) at
Users<>\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Content\VST Sound

I uninstalled Nuendo, installed it again (with the 9GB installer), used the latest updater but nothing seems to help.

Problem solved.

Windows created a new profile with the computername added to it [user.computername]. In this profile the content folder was emtpy. So I copied the contents of an older profile into it and that solved the problem.

I hope this might help for someone else…
