The forum doesn’t let me post videos, but basically, I couldn’t move any audio / midi events. They only stick to the beginning of the track or the next event.
I am not sure how to reproduce this bug, but it has happened to me once before. I believe I was just doing ctrl-z / ctrl-shift-z, and my tracks’ heights are suddenly minimized, then this issue happened.
My other projects still work fine. I have tried restarting Cubase/computer, but the issue remains.
I am using Cubase Element 10 on Windows 10.

It sound like you have snap set, but it is set to something you do not want. Maybe you turned it on by accident.
