Cannot obtain Permanent Resistration w/ New USB Key

How goes it lads,

I’ve recently lost my USB Key for my Pro 8, and purchased a replacement online.

I’ve download the eLicenser Control Center from the link via MySteinberg. The steps I’ve taken have only allowed me 25 hrs of user time.

I’ve believe I’ve tried the proper steps for Permanent registration, but to no avail.

Any advice from my fellow community members?

The “proper steps” after losing a dongle would be to contact support. You can’t get a replacement license any other way.

Thank you for your input. I have contacted them. I purchased a new USB Key, and followed the instructions and downloaded a code for a 25 hour working window. All I require now is instructions from them on a permanent replacement.
