Cannot Open Cubase or eLicenser.

I have Cubase 10 and wanted to update the latest version. But I couldn’t open Cubase because it couldn’t find my elicenser. I uninstalled the eLicenser and installed the latest version, and still failed.

I have OS High Sierra. Shouldn’t Cubase just work and open like any other DAW?

Hi,

Cubase cannot open without valid license. It seems, something gets really wrong with your USB-eLicenser. Isn’t it damaged? Can you try different USB port?
