Hi! I’ve recently installed Cubase 10, registered my access codes; all appears well there. However, it simply will not open up from the shortcut or the program file. I used the download assist, opened it after download and followed the instructions but nothing is happening. I’m really perplexed as to what I may have done wrong. It was easy on the Atari all those years ago! Any help would be gratefully accepted as I’m so gutted I can’t use it.

Are you on Mac or Windows (7/8.1/10)? Make sure you os is up-to-date. If you are on Windows, make sure Microsoft Redistributable is installed. Try to install Cubase again, and make sure you unzip the installer before you start to install and you install as an administrator.
