I have just bought Cubase Elements 11 and I cannot open the eLicenser program. I have reinstalled multuple times but every time i have the same problem. Nothing happens when I try to open it. The only thing that actually happens is a eLicenser Control Centre task appears in the windows task manager “Background Tasks” section for about half a second and then closes instantly. There is no window with an error message or code to report.

Do you try to open it from Steinberg Download Assistant application, or do you open it directly has stand-alone application, please?
