Cannot open INSTALL.LOG file Help Please

HI There
I know I have mentioned this in another post but now I realize that not everyone would read it there.

Im wondering if anyone else has tried to uninstall Cubase SL3 or SX3 and could not because there is no install.log file in the Cubase directory?

If so please let me know what you did to rectify this and how you managed to delete these old versions

I just googled and found this video. `ven though I could not understand him, I watched what he did…and it works !!
