Cannot Open Presets in Groove Agent

I cannot open presets in Groove Agent.
Is this a known issue, or am I missing something in the setup?

There are a couple of different kinds of “presets”. There are “multi”, “kit”, “styles” etc presets. Are you talking about Grove Agent or User presets? What exactly is the process you’re using?

Are you able to load any kits?

Did you also download the content for GA?

User preset. I tweaked one of the presets in Groove Agent and saved it. And yeah, I just downloaded the “Rock Pop Toolbox” for Groove Agent.
