Cannot open up presets on some plugins

Hello
I noticed I cannot open up the preset menus on some midi insterts like micro tuner, arpache etc
Must be some windows setting probably
Please see my uploaded attachement
Any ideas?
I am using windows 10 pro 64-bit, cubase 9 Pro
