Cannot reactivate


After reading the online instructions and trying everything I still cannot reactivate my Cubase Elements 9 after reinstalling it on a new OS (W10) on the same PC.

Is it possible to just reset everything and start all over?

Cannot even get support. Any one from Steinberg here?

Why you cannot reactivate? What message does appear? Has your Cubase been registered?
