Cannot select Direct Monitoring for my new UR 242

I try to select it in Cubase AI 8 but it is Greyed Out. All I can find is “If direct monitoring is grayed out, your interface doesn´t support it.” That is one of the reasons I picked the UR242. I have looked everywhere.

have you selected the UR242 ASIO driver in device setup?
