I bought cubase element 14 last fall. Now I would like to upgrade to pro 14 or pro 15 but it does not work. What is the problem. please help me. what should I do and what is the right price upgrading from element 14.

What, exactly, “does not work”? The purchase procedure? Applying the upgrade code?
You mention purchasing Elements 14 last fall. Depending on the date of activation, it’s possible that you could have received a Grace Period update to Elements 15.
