I’m unable to access MySteinberg, says “please activate account first” … it seems multiple people on this forum are having issues. Is firstname.lastname@example.org the right email to contact?
I am also having this problem and would be grateful for info on who to contact to resolve the issue

Please have a look at your own E-mail account. You should have received an email with a link.
