My friend purchased a UR22 from a music shop and it included a copy of Cubase 9.0. He couldn’t access VST Instruments or sounds . He upgraded to Cubase Elements 10.5 and stilll no sounds. Any solutions out there Is the free version included with UR22 a complete version ? How do we fix this?
There is no free version… it’s bundled… you have to by hardware to get it…
Your friend should read the manual…
