Can't activate Cubase AI 8

Hello,
I need help with activating Cubase AI 8.
I’ve recently bought the Steinberg UR22 which came with a license for Cubase AI 8.
I registered this hardware in Steinberg site.
I followed the steps to download the product and registered it into MySteinberg account.
My computer operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit
I followed the procedure of installation though the CD.
I got an activation code. I installed the last version of eLicenser (6.9.1.1168).
I can see that the Cubase AI 8 is listed in the eLicenser control center.
I can copy the soft eLicenser serial number.
Using the eLicenser control center maintenance gives Failures.
Here are the messages that I get:
When I do the “maintenance”, I get the message that “Unfortunately, the serial number of your Soft-eLicenser in not unique. Please contact your software vendor to solve this issue.”
The online Synchronization & maintenance gives the following:
Step 1: OK (updating eLicenser License Database)
Step 2: OK (repairin Soft-eLicenser)
Step 3: FAILED (Validating License Usage Period)
Step 4: OK
Step 5: OK
Step 6: FAILED

I do not know what I am doing wrong.
I thank any reader who read this through and might solve my troubles.

Hello SteinbergYaya,

Please provide your current Soft-eLicenser (SeL) number. This number can be found in the eLicesner Control Center application under “eLicensers”. Then go to Registrations>Soft-eLicenser>Copy Serial Number. I will then provide further instructions.
