I’m on Mac 10.14.6 and I’ve owned padshop pro since 2016. I went in to elicenser to instal padshop pro 2 and it says: “Currently, there is no license available which can be upgraded by your upgrade license. Please connect an USB-eLicenser, which holds an appropriate upgradable license, to your computer.” I’ve performed the maintenance task int he elicenser which syncs and updates my licenses. What could it be? Yes, I’m using the latest version of elicenser.
