Hello,
I’m having a weird issue with my Dorico elements (latest version): when I click on “edit flow heading” in Engrave Mode, nothing happens. So I have no way of showing the subtitle to my piece. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I found this thread because I have the same issue. The Elements specific manual says it should work Steinberg
Does anyone have an idea why it doesn’t?
It works for me in Elements. Does this happen for you in all projects, or just some? Can you post a small project that demonstrates the issue for you?
It doesn’t work for me in any of my projects either.

Can you still edit your inital post? Maybe you can add the “issue” tag to get the team’s attention. I don’t feel like this is going anywhere right now.

Will they typically acknowledge such a (admittedly rather minor) bug or just quietly fix it?
It depends. @asherber reports that it’s working on his end so if it actually is a bug, it may dependant on something more specific and not Just Broken. You can help the developers by providing more details: a project file that exhibits the issue, a diagnostic log, details about your setup, steps to reliably reproduce the bug. This of course also helps to eliminate user error as a possibility, which I’m hesitant to do just yet.
@hrnbouma Does it work for you? The three people in this thread who have reported a problem are all on Mac, as are you; I’m on windows.
Well, we already have several users that reported it’s not working on Mac, in any project. They all provided their OS version. I believe there isn’t that much more info to give aside from a diagnostic log? I can look into how I can provide that later.
My sincere apologies, I just tested it and it does indeed appear to be Just Broken on a mac. The developers do monitor the forum but I’m tagging in @Richard_Lanyon for acknowledgement.
