I’m not sure of the terminology here, but I can’t delete my empty VST racks. I’ve removed all the endpoints within them, but the delete button remains ‘greyed out’.
Am I missing something here? Thanks.

You can only delete it when it is the last one - the one at the bottom I don’t know why, it just is. 
Is there a way to move it to the bottom? I could delete what’s at the bottom (added recently) and rebuild - but I always. prefer a solution to a workaround after 20 years of workarounds in Finale.
Only by deleting what is below it.
