Hello everyone, I’m having trouble deleting lyrics attached to grace notes. I write drum parts and I’ve been using lyrics to input stickings since I have Dorico Elements, and therefore I can’t personalise the playing techniques symbols. I need to use lyrics because I want to write ‘K’ underneath bass drum notes, which is not a standard playing technique sticking.
In the last drum part I’ve been working on, I decided to write flam stickings by inputting lower case ‘r’ or ‘l’ lyrics below the correspondent grace note, but now that I need to make some changes I can’t delete them. Even if I select everything inside the bar and delete, the lower case letters will remain there and apparently nothing works to get rid of them, so it really seems like a bug.
