after a long time i’ve decided to go back useing my bout cubase but affortunly i’ve lost my eLicener dongle chip. after contact my local distibutor i was told to do the “zero downtime” for my licener and buy a new chip.
on my products page i don’t see the “downtime” button as mentioned in the3 instruction from steinberg support.
why i cant see the safewheel on the side of my products?
