Can't download VST Sound Loop Urban Pop Vocals 1

Hi

I need to reinstall a sound loop set that I purchased from Steinberg in 2021.

I can’t find anywhere on the Steinberg site that allows me to download this Sound Loop Set.

Under My Steinberg/Products there is a link for Urban Pop Vocals 1 (Imagesounds) but all this does is offer to download Steinberg_Download_Assistant_1.36.4_Installer_win.exe.

I already have this download assistant installed and Urban Pop Vocals 1 isn’t listed anywhere in the menus.

The set is registered on my USB-eLicenser but there have been no “vouchers” as yet to update this to Steinberg licensing.

I’ve raised 2 requests with Steinberg support but as yet have had no reply to either.

After looking at this issue for some time now it would seem that Steinberg have renamed the Urban Pop Vocals 1 pack to “Pop & RnB Vocals”. I’m pretty sure this is the same pack as my originally purchased “Urban Pop Vocals 1 (Imagesounds)”. Obviously downloading and installing the “renamed” sound loop set does not work because my license is for Urban Pop Vocals.

Please can anybody advise how I can download this software?

This sound content set has been renamed to ‘Pop & RnB Vocals’. The renamed version has a Steinberg Licensing-based license and is available in the Steinberg Download Assistant under ‘Sounds & Loops’.

However, so far, there is no upgrade voucher available for users of the ‘Urban Pop Vocals’ version. We are working on that, and it is planned to provide it before the eLicenser server is shut down in mid-2025.
