Can't drag text frames in Engrave mode

I watched the video, but drop and drag doesn’t work for me…?

If you want to drag a frame around, don’t select that icon on the right. Just select the frames icon on the far left. The one on the right is for drawing new frames.

…and if you want to draw a new frame in, don’t drag and drop. Click the icon for the type of frame you want, then release the mouse button, move the mouse pointer to where you want to draw the frame on the page, click and drag, as per the manual.
