Can't edit MIDI events after exporting from a chords track

Hi, I have Cubase 7 and I have this issue: I made a chords track and I would like to export it to MIDI so I’ll be able to make some changes. The problem is that when I try to change the pitch of a specific note I can’t do so, Cubase allows me only to move it right / left, but not up and down.
Do you know how to solve this issue?

Does the MIDI Track follow the Chord Track by any chance?
