Can't figure out how to scrub the timeline!

I’m new to the Steinberg world–and the forum! I have Cubase Elements 13, and I can’t seem to follow the directions to enable scrubbing on the timeline. Help says click ‘play’ and then click again to open a dialog. Nothing happens with second click. Am I missing something?

I can drag the cursor on the timeline with mouse, but I do not hear any audio.

Indeed, it’s not very well explained : it should be stated as “…Click the Play tool” instead.

Here it is (on Pro version, but I guess that it’s the same thing on Elements) :

I’m using the LE version, but I can’t imagine they would not provide scrubbing in this version too!

You’re clicking on the wrong tool. Please look at @cubic13 ’s screenshot again.
