Can't find midi inserts(beat designer) in Cubase 13 Pro

I was trying to locate the the beat designer, but my interface seem different from the one I saw from the videos. I cannot find the ‘MIDI inserts’ dropdown in the left bar(only inserts) and I cannot find the beat designer. How do I find it?

MIDI inserts are only related to MIDI or instrument channels.
