It certainly should be there. It’s called, simply, “Transformer” in the dropdown list of MIDI Inserts.
Do you not even see it listed in Devices menu>Plug-in Information>MIDI Plug-ins?
I found it. I didn’t know there was a “MIDI inserts” tab in the left, I was looking in FX inserts.
