Can't find my configurations.xml file!

I’m trying to retain my cubase installation from another hard drive. I’ve followed this article to copy the configs/presets:

I successfully found my key commands and copied them but for the life of me I can’t find the Configurations.xml file it points to. Where is this file? I need this to copy all my preferences. Thanks!

Are you or Mac or Windows?

Windows 7 x64 SP1.

Are you sure, the configuration.xml file has been created on your old system? As far as I know, this file is relevant for EuCon users only.
