Hello, in spring 24 I bought Cubase element 13 and use it since. Suddenly today I cannotopen i anymore, the cubase window stay blocked on license verification. I check on activation manager and can read that my trial period has expired !! What happened ?
How can I fiw this problem ?

In the activation manage cubase elements 13 license is not there anymore, the window is empty and there is only a message telling my trial period is over and I have the choice to buy ! I use to click on Cubase icon on the desk and usually it opens the software withoutany problem.Since this morning it stops at license verification! Another question is it possible to upgrade to Cubase artist in,order to get variaudio ?

Are you sure, you are signed in with the right credentials? Could you verify your licenses in the MySteinberg account?
Yes, you can upgrade to Cubase Artist 15 to get the VariAudio. But first, you have to manage your Cubase Elements license.

All ok now I ignore why the account had changed suddenly since I used the same for weeks but i changed account and reloaded, it works now.
