Cant' find Show Time code in Vedio Player Menu

I use cubase 10.5 pro. I can’t see this “Show Time code” “tick mark!” there’s no box

Are you on Windows 10? Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please? Maybe your Windows 10 GUI modification (macOS-like GUI) affects this?

Yes I try launch cubase using disable mood. the problem still there, About Windows 10 GUI modification yes I use custom theme using this UltraUXThemePatcher And OldNewExplorer

Update, I uninstall all theme and unpatch file from UltraUXThemePatcher. Also, uninstall OldNewExplorer. And still the issue there.
