Hello! I am trying to install cubase elements on my new system but I am unable to find the activation code for it. I bought it from the steinberg website a year ago. Nothing shows beneath Software or eLicensers in the My products section on the steinberg website. How do I obtain my code? Also I’m not sure if the license ever arrived in an email but I don’t have one. So far I’ve downloaded the eLicenser CC and registered the soft elicenser to my account but no product appears.
The license must have arrived in the mail or you wouldn’t have been able to use Cubase.
If you can’t find it then you have to contact support.
