Can't get Korg Nanokontrol Studio to work with Cubase 8.5

Hi - new to this forum and relatively new to cubase in general.

I bought a Korg Nanokontrol Studio, installed the USB-MIDI driver and all that and selected Mackie Control in the devices list etc… however the Nanokontrol does nothing when I press the buttons even though cubase is recognising the MIDI input and I’m stumped :frowning:

Please help!! x

Hello ad1309,

Did you set up the nanoKontrol for Cubase by holding down the Scene and Set buttons while powering up?
Alternatively you can set it up using the Korg Editor by going to Global Settings and choosing Cubase from the pull down menu.
