Cant hear notes in Key editor

Hi All. Possible schoolboy problem here:

Just upgraded to Cubase 11. Acoustic feedback is on and I can hear the notes when moving with the mouse but not when using the cursor keys…I used to be able to do this and its very annoying. Apologies if this is a silly error on my part.

Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?
