Can't hide the Count Appearance

Can anyone tell me why the “3” and “4” count appearance still show even though Count Appearance is set to “Do Not Show”?

Here’s the file:
Count Appnce error.dorico (1.3 MB)
Let me know;
Thanks, Bill

It was actually set to Show (you were maybe speaking about another setting?)

Set it to “Do not Show” for both and they’ll be hidden:

Count Appnce error.dorico (1,3 Mo)

Edit : ah sorry, you were not speaking about the Engraving Option, but the Properties. I see what you mean!

Seems like a bug.

But this doesn’t do anything.

Yes, I eventually understood and edited my post!

I don’t know this area, but it’s maybe that this property corresponds to the first option, while what we see on the OP’s score corresponds to the second (last bar), and there is no way to override it in the properties panel?

You might be right.

The Property Count Appearance does not affect the Last bar count, which can only be hidden using the Engraving Options.

(Edit: I don’t know if that is intentional behaviour)

Thanks @Janus

This is definitely a bug and a regression, as I know I used to be able to hide the last bar before. Does anyone have a prior version available to test this?

I just opened a file done in an earlier version and I now have collisions with the (8) like this:

When I consult the PDF I had made back when I was working on the file, it looks like this with the (8) hidden:

I guess the only current solution is to select the count and drag it off the page, but this is definitely new behavior. Tagging @Richard_Lanyon so he sees this.

Just tried in D5, the property hides everything including the last, indeed.

Thanks to everyone for all the replies. It seems charles_piano had the solution, and I agree that this is a bug.
