Can't import mp4 or Mov file, 42' duration, Windows 10

*Cubase don’t recognise an mp4 file or mov file, 42’ duration.
i tried to drag it in cubase, import it as a video file or as an audio from video file , or add a video track and drag it, but nothing happens.

What platform and version are you on? If Mac, have a look at this post:

Thanks for the resources Martin, yes that did it! The problem was I was using Max/Jitter to create the videos, which were creating videos with a variable frame rate. Cubase doesn’t support variable frame rates. So I used Handbrake to convert the variable frame rate to a constant frame rate, and… it works! Thanks again.
