Can't Import Video - Cubase 6

I just can’t import any kind of video, I tried several formats and I got always the same message. “File not supported or invalid”. I’ve tried mp4, mpg, and avi so far, with the same results. I was on Cubase 6.00 and went all the way to 6.05, same results… Can’t import Audio from video file either…
It is obvious I am doing something wrong, but I can’t find what is it.
Any suggestion?
