Cant import video

I cant import videos into cubase, I`ve tried MOV, MP4 and AVI.it is impossible to drag and drop. And
when I go to import and click to import a video, nothing happens. Really
annoying how something that should be so simple dosent work at all… Thanks
for the help in advance.
