Can't Install Cubase 8.5 update (Cubase 8 Pro Already Installed)

Windows 11. The update installer keeps telling me no change and that it’s not installed. Very frustrating.

Are you sure, there is no Cubase 8.5 installed? Be aware, Cubase 8.5 needs Cubase 8.5 license, not Cubase 8 license.

I have the license for Cubase 8, and I’ve had 8.5 on my other computer. I never received an authorization or registration number for 8.5. Can I get one?

The update to Cubase 8.5 from Cubase 8 was paid one. At this moment you can buy Cubase 12 only.
