Can't install Dorico from disk 1 or 2

Geoff - How did you solve it? I have the same error with Cubase. I already had eLicenser working last night. Now this same error.

I’ve made some progress. I gave up on installing from disk and downloaded and installed Dorico for Windows, and it appears that it was a successful install. However, there’s an issue with the eLicenser Control Center: system error says “api-ms-win-crt-stdio-l1-1-0.dll is missing.”

Hi Mike, Sorry that you’re having the same issue. Are you trying to install on a Mac or PC? I was able to resolve it by downloading and installing the most recent Windows updates.
