I have tried both OSX (El Capitan) and Windows 10.
I went on the site to get the trial. I received an email with a link and a trial key.
I downloaded the software, installed it and the problem comes from licensing.
On both computers, I get the same message:
Currently, there is no eLicenser connected to your computer which you an download your license to.
Please connect an appropriate USB-eLicenser to you computer.
I did the update of the licensing tool too, did reboots, etc.
I don’t have a physical eLicenser USB stick; the area with ‘Soft-eLicencer’ is grayed out.
What can I do?
