Can't load Metronomic Cinema presets

Hello everyone!

A couple of days ago I purchased and downloaded this GA expansion and for some reason I haven’t been able to use it.

The steps I did was to install it, activate it and then started Cubase. The thing is that when I try to load a preset the GA SE 4 does not load a thing, the squares are empty and it’s like nothing happened. Not even the preset name changes.

Is there something I’m missing? Please help!

Dear Stgogm,

Please make sure that you have updated your version of Cubase Artist to 7.5.30.

The update fixed the issue. The thing is that I had no idea about this update and Cubase didn’t reported that one was available and I upgraded to Cubase Artist 7.5 just last month.
