Yup, lost my 10.5 license as well. When this is over I expect to be upgraded to Zen master.

Unacceptable. Cant even work in 10.5… Insult to injury people who just bought 10.5 get a free upgrade to 11… It’s always the early adopters who get screwed.

We have a USB eLicenser so you do not need to be connected to the internet but the licenses just got f*cked up!

Steinberg deciding to do server maintenance right after releasing Cubase update. Been trying repeatedly for 3 hours now. And now I can’t even use my previous Cubase license.
I just upgraded to Cubase 11 and the same thing happens to all of you. I hope Steinberg takes care of this and we all get a bonus. How is it that I have to wait to work? Totally unacceptable!

Hi! i upgraded from cubase 10.5 to 11.Did not manage to upgrade the licence in elicenser (my cubase 10.5 client still works).The elicenser cannot connect to the servers…
Also just checked mySteinberg page and it’s on maintenance.We can hopefully wait now
