Can't login to MySteinberg and finish my ordering process

Hello,
I recently saw that Steinberg was offering a special offer where consumers who purchased Cubase 10.5 Artist by July 28 would receive a free upgrade to Cubase Pro 10.5
I thought this is a great opportunity to purchase the software.
I made the purchase and received an automatic email from Steinberg with login and password to finish the ordering process.
However, I am trying to access MySteinberg with the data provided by them but the message “No Steinberg ID account for this email address or wrong password.” appears and I can’t access it.
I tried several times, and I’m even copying and pasting the password they gave me, but it just doesn’t work.
Please help me with this as I only made the purchase to be able to participate in the special offer and I am afraid there will be problems in activating my copy of the software.
