Can't login to VST Transit

Hi,

I am trying to log in on my Cubase 10.5 VST Transit App. I’m 100% sure the password is correct and I changed my password to one without special characters. It says “Start Login” but nothing happens…

Any suggestions anyone?

EDIT: I tried a wrong password to test it and then there was a message “Unknown username or password. Check your name and password, or register first”. When I use the correct passwort nothing happens…

which Transit version are you running? Click to Transit logo (lower right corner).

Yes, Cubase is registered under “Software” and under “eLicenser” there is also this text: “Achtung: dieser USB-eLicenser enthält eine Lizenz, die die Nutzung von VST Transit ermöglicht. Das Löschen des USB-eLicensers aus dem Account sperrt den vollen Zugang zu einem eventuell vorhandenen VST Transit-Account.”

… please start VST Transit again. We’ve uploaded a new version : 1.5.24 - this will fix your problem.
