Can't make purchase of Cubase 10.5 Upgrade

I’ve been trying for a week now to purchase the 10.5 upgrade but my card keeps getting blocked. I’ve turned off my browser controls that might be blocking it and tried three different browsers and my phone all result in a blocked transaction. I called my bank and they don’t even see the transaction so it’s getting blocked before it gets to them. How do you contact Steinberg directly so I can communicate with an actual human being that can fix this quickly?
