When I move a Dynamics folder and try to insert it between, say Delay folder and Reverb folder, it only goes INTO one of these folders. The way drag and drop works is that it never allows a folder to be inserted between other folders in a main tree.

I cannot reproduce it here, it works for me. It depends, where the blue line is while dragging.
I’ve found you have to be extra careful to drop it exactly on the boundary between the folders, like Martin says the blue line shows where it goes. I’m not the smoothest with a mouse & frequently miss my target location, which does get frustrating.
