Can't Open Cubase 6 .cpr files, in Cubase 9.5

Hello All,

I’m unable to load my old Cubase 6 projects in Cubase 9.5. Attempting to do so results in a message saying that Cubase can’t Load The Project.
I can’t find any information online that outlines version compatibilities.
Has anyone been able to load older versions into Cubase 9.5?

Hi,

In general it should work. Make sure your plug-ins are up to date, please. You can also try to disable plug-ins temporarily (rename the VST folder) and try to load the project without plug-ins.
